They got me in right away without an appointment, which was nice. But I had a really painful experience getting my nails done here. The lady was REALLY rough, she actually ripped my skin off of my big toe and it bled and bled. It was super painful and she never even apologized. I'm the type of person who doesn't want to make a scene, and I realize people make mistakes so I of course tipped her. After she finished doing my manicure my big toe was covered in blood so she removed the polish (ouch nail polish remover in cut). Not a good experience.
