HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Two people have been arrested in connection with the deadly fentanyl overdose incident at the Outrigger Reef Hotel in Waikiki in early June according to a federal criminal complaint document. According to the document, Avery Garrard and Keina Drageset were arrested on one count each of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute resulting in death. The Honolulu Medical Examiner's Office in early June identified the two people who died following the suspected mass overdose event in Waikiki that also left three others hospitalized.
